Карабашское автотранспортное предприятие погасило долги по заплате

По итогам прокурорской проверки Карабашское автотранспортное предприятие погасило многотысячную задолженность по заработной плате.
Прокуратура Карабаша Челябинской области по обращениям работников Открытого Акционерного Общества "Карабашское автотранспортное предприятие" провела проверку соблюдения требований трудового законодательства в части оплаты труда. В ходе проверки выявлена задолженность по заработной плате за период с августа по сентябрь 2011 года перед 47 работниками в размере более 380 тысяч рублей. На основании постановления прокурора исполняющий обязанности директора предприятия привлечен к ответственности по части 1 статьи 5.27 Кодекса Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях (нарушение законодательства о труде). По заявлениям прокурора суд взыскал с предприятия в пользу работников сумму начисленной, но не выплаченной заработной платы. В результате принятых мер предприятие погасило выявленную задолженность по оплате труда. Test2: <p>Test2</p>
